DELIVERY POLICY

Order Processing & Dispatch

All orders are packed and dispatched within 24 hours (excluding weekends and public holidays).
Order cut-off: 2 PM UK time (Monday–Friday) for same-day dispatch.

We primarily ship via DPD Local. You’ll receive tracking updates and a one-hour delivery window by email or SMS once your parcel is on its way.

International Shipping

We ship worldwide using DPD Direct Lite, our discounted international service for parcels under 2 kg (max 60 cm length).
If your order exceeds 2 kg, we’ll contact you before dispatch to discuss the best shipping option and confirm any additional charge.

Customs & Import Fees

Customers are responsible for any local import taxes, VAT, or customs handling fees charged upon arrival.
These costs are set by your local customs authority and cannot be included in our checkout total.
If a parcel is refused due to unpaid fees, it will be returned to us and refunded (less delivery and return costs) once received back unopened.
