DELIVERY POLICY

Order Processing & Dispatch

All orders are packed and dispatched within 24 hours (excluding weekends and public holidays).
Order cut-off time: 2 PM (UK time), Monday–Friday, for same-day dispatch.

Our preferred carrier is DPD Local, who provide reliable, fully tracked delivery and a one-hour delivery window via email or SMS once your parcel is collected.

For areas where DPD apply high surcharges — such as the Scottish Highlands, Islands, Northern Ireland, the Isle of Man, and the Isle of Wight — we use Royal Mail Tracked 48 to keep delivery costs fair and affordable.

Our international P & P rates cover parcels up to 1 kg (maximum 30cm length).
If your order exceeds this weight, we’ll contact you before dispatch to confirm any additional postage.


European Coverage

Our Europe delivery zone includes most of mainland Western and Central Europe, with tracked delivery via DPD Direct Lite.

Countries served include:
Austria, Belgium, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, France, Germany, Hungary, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, and Sweden.

(We currently do not ship automatically to Iceland, Norway or Switzerland due to customs surcharges and additional handling fees.)


Customs & Import Fees

All international customers are responsible for paying their own local import taxes, VAT, duties, and handling fees as required by their country’s customs or postal authorities.
These charges are not included in our checkout totals and must be paid directly to your local carrier before delivery.

If an order is refused or returned because customs or import fees were not paid, a refund will be issued minus all delivery and return costs once the parcel is safely received back in its original, unopened condition.

Tracking & Notifications

All orders include full tracking.
You’ll receive automatic updates as soon as your parcel is collected, in transit, and out for delivery.


Delivery Costs & Fairness

We work hard to keep our delivery prices as fair as possible.
Our P & P rates include carrier fees, fuel surcharges, and basic packaging costs, so you always know the full cost up front — no hidden extras at checkout.

Shipping costs are reviewed regularly to stay in line with current courier rates and rising delivery expenses, while still offering excellent value for tracked, reliable service.
